Ceramic abrasives are sintered abrasives prepared by sol-gel method, using special alumina as the main raw material and various modified components as raw materials. The grain size of each individual ceramic abrasive is very small, only 50-500 um, accounting for only a few percent of the ordinary corundum abrasive grain size. Ceramic abrasives can be used for consolidated abrasives, coated abrasives and other special abrasive tools. Their performance is much higher than traditional alumina abrasives in terms of hardness, strength, toughness and brittleness. Ceramic abrasives have ultra-high self-sharpness, which can multiply increase the service life and improve the efficiency of abrasive tools. It has the advantages of processing precision tools and cold cutting.
